Principles of personal data processing

With this document we provide you with information about your rights related to the processing of your personal data and its protection. This document will be updated regularly.

We process your personal data that you provide to us transparently, correctly, and in accordance with legal regulations. Your data is processed under GDPR Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.

We process personal data of children (i.e., persons under the age of 15) only if the child was first registered by his/her parent or another representative. As a parent and/or representative of the child, you are responsible for ensuring that the provision of data about the child does not conflict with his/her interests and that you clearly inform the child about the processing of their personal data and our rights.

We guarantee that we ensure the processing of personal data by using standard procedures and technologies. These procedures include regularly checking for possible vulnerabilities, evaluation of incidents and the use of such security measures that can reasonably be required to prevent unauthorized access to processed data. We regularly update the security measures taken.

Data recipients

We have strict rules in place that determine which employee and/or department can access your personal data and what personal data they can process. In principle, we do not share your personal data to third-parties unless we have your consent. This is necessary for the provision of services (domain registration, certificate registration, etc.) imposed on us, authorized by law, or for our legitimate interest (i.e., suppliers, requests from law enforcement agencies, traffic processing and evaluation).

As part of the processing of data on website traffic and the evaluation of our business activities, we use cookies and the systems of the following 3rd parties for the processing of collected data. Your data is anonymized, and the transfer to 3rd parties only includes data required by the measurement codes of the given providers. Some providers may be established in 3rd countries.

Processing time

According to the valid legislation (e.g., Act 499/2004 Coll., Act on Archiving and File Service, Act on VAT No. 235/2004 Coll., Act on Accounting No. 563/1991 Coll. and others), we are obliged to keep data records and/or documents for the specified durations above according to data retention principles. After the specified time, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted and destroyed.

We will process any personal data exclusively with your consent and will subsequently stop processing upon written revocation of your consent, or use of an automated tool on our website that denotes a change in preferences (e.g., news subscription).

Do you not want to or cannot provide us with your data?

You may refuse to provide us with personal data we request from you. However, we cannot guarantee we are able to provide you with the related or requested service.

Oprerating protocols

When you visit our website, our servers (like most websites) automatically record requests to our website. These server logs usually contain information about your web request, IP address, browser information, browser language, and the date and time of the request. They may also contain one or more cookies that uniquely identify your browser. Only administrators have access to this information and this data will never be used for direct identification. The data would only be used to detect and resolve technical problems.


Your rights

Right to access data we process about you

You have the right to access data and other related information. However, the rights of third-parties must not be affected. We will provide you with your data in the form of statements after verification of your identity to maintain the protection of other users.

Right to repair

If your data is incorrect or inaccurate, you have the right to request its correction. If your data is incomplete, you also have the right to complete incomplete data so that it can be accurately processed.

Right to delete (be forgotten)

You have the right to delete personal data if our processing is unauthorized.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request restrictions on the processing of your data is pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR.

Right to data portability (only in automated processing)

You have the right to obtain your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another administrator if the processing is performed automatically.

Right to withdraw consent

In cases where we require your consent to process your data, you are entitled to revoke this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data for as long as such consent has been validly given by you, nor the processing of your data for other legal reasons, if applicable (e.g., compliance with legal obligations or for the purposes of our legitimate interests).

Do you want to limit marketing?

If you have given us marketing approval or receive undesired business offers from us, you can revoke your consent at any time or unsubscribe from receiving offers in the following ways:

  • Follow the process defined to stop in our business communications;
  • Write to us that you are withdrawing your consent.

Please note that if you restrict marketing, we may continue to contact you to place orders, so we may still use your contact to send you information related to your orders and for purposes other than marketing.

Visitors to our website may withdraw their consent to the processing of cookies in accordance with the procedure set out on the website.
